Can I run the application from my flash drive on a PC?

Flip PDF do not allow you to run it from flash drive (portable device) on a PC. it refers to license that one license can be installed on a single PC, and its running is relevant with regedt and other settings on personal computer. if you want to make flipbook, you must install Flip PDF on your PC.

PS: The output flipbooks in the form of EXE (executive file), html, flash, ZIP or CD produced by Flip PDF, you could display them on your portable devices.
