How do you add background sound for your flipbook?

To create a more attractive flipbook, beside page-turning effect, can I add page-turning sound even background music to my created flipbook?

Yes, Flip Word (free download here) not only adds page-turning effect and sound, it also allows to insert background music:

1. Click "Import Word" button to choose doc from your computer;

2. Choose "Sound->Enable Sound->Enable" to add page-turning sound, choose "Sound File" for inserting into flipbook as background music, "Sound Loops->-1" stands for playing the sound file all the time while viewing flipbook, other value (N>0) stands for the times of playing the sound file, then click "Apply Change";

3. Click "Convert to Flipping Book", choose output format and path, the flipbook can be viewed with sound embedded.
