How to put dull text and images into gorgeous flash eBooks?

I want to copy text from some webpages, and insert images as illustrations, which program I should use to combine text and images into your flash eBooks?

1. Click "File->New", then copy text into the blank page, and click "Insert->Graphic" to choose image which you want to insert page as illustration, you can also define font, insert hyperlinks, bookmarks, etc.;
